Everyone in the UK SAAB community is welcome to attend and can pay on the gate each day £12 per car. Camping available Saturday night at £24. Hill runs available on a first come first basis for Sunday at £7 a run. Don’t miss out on this very special Saab event and chance to run up Prescott Hill Climb circuit, home of the Bugatti Owners Club, Gotherington, Cheltenham.

Mountains, Moors and More! – 15-17th September 2017
As promised in the last edition of the Driver, here are more details on the SOC/UKS Scottish Weekend to be held in the Scottish Borders over the weekend of the 15th to the 17th September. We will be based at the Bruce Hotel in Newton Stewart in Dumfries and Galloway, which is an AA 3 star rated hotel
Fans of historic motorsport of all eras have a treat in store over the May Bank Holiday weekend when race cars from the 1920s to the 1990s take to the track for the Donington Historic Festival (Friday 28th, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th April).
Across 17 exhilarating races, the Donington Historic Festival will showcase some 400 world-class competition machines. Single-seaters, Le Mans prototypes, GT cars, sportscars and Touring Cars will converge on a circuit renowned for fantastic on-track action and superb spectator viewing.

14 Ebor Saab members set off on Friday 10 May to make their separate ways to the assembly point at Gretna Green for what was billed as a Scottish Mystery Weekend, the mystery being only the organisers knew the itinerary. The mystery began to unfold on Saturday morning with a drive along gloriously empty roads under blue skies up into rural Scotland to visit the Kagyu Samye Ling Tibetan Temple at Eskdalemuir (nobody expected a visit the foothills of the Himalayas).

There is no formal Branch currently in operation (largely as a result of the sheer geographical spread of members across this area) and therefore no regular meetings.
Where possible, there is usually an SOC 'presence' at gatherings across the region organised by other clubs, motor museums or advertised on web forums (principally UKSaabs).
