Help & Support

We’re excited to introduce our new and improved website for Saab Owners Club GB members. Here’s everything you need to know to get started:

How do I log in for the first time?

We’ve already created an account for you using the email address we have on file.

  • You’ll need to create a new password as passwords could not be transferred across from the old site.

  • Go to the Login page and click the Lost your password link at the bottom of the form.

  • Enter the Username you used previously (most likely the first 6 digits of your membership number) or the email address you used when you registered with us.  This will send a password reset link to the email we have on file for you.

  • If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.  If you still can’t find the email it is likely that the email we have is out-of-date.  In this case follow the instructions below to contact the membership team.

  • Once you’ve set your password, you’ll be able to log in and access member-only content.

  • You can visit saabclub.co.uk/password-reset/ and enter your email address to request a new password reset link at any time.

If need to update the email address we have on record, please get in touch with us at membership@saab-club.co.uk before trying to log in.

If you’d like to update the email address we have on record, please get in touch with us at membership@saab-club.co.uk before trying to log in.

Renewing Your Membership

Yes — members can now pay online using a recurring debit or credit card payment for a smoother, more modern renewal process.

How to switch from Direct Debit to online payments:

  1. Let us know you’d like to stop your current Direct Debit by emailing membership@saab-club.co.uk.

  2. Once confirmed, head to saabclub.co.uk/membership/ to set up your new membership with a recurring card payment.

  3. Please wait until your current renewal date to do this — your new membership will begin from the date of payment.

If you’d like to update the email address we have on record, please get in touch with us at membership@saab-club.co.uk before trying to log in.

What happens to my existing membership?

Your existing membership details (including renewal date) have been carried over to the new system. If you currently pay by Direct Debit, you’re welcome to continue doing so.

However, if you’d prefer to switch to online card payments, which are easier to manage and renew yourself, here’s how to do it:

How to switch from Direct Debit to online payments:

  1. Let us know you’d like to cancel your Direct Debit by emailing membership@saab-club.co.uk.

  2. Wait until your current renewal date — this avoids any overlap or double payment.

  3. On or after your renewal date, visit saabclub.co.uk/membership and set up your new membership using a recurring debit or credit card payment.

I haven’t received the password email — what should I do?

If you’re expecting a password reset email but it hasn’t arrived, don’t worry — it’s usually a quick fix. Follow the steps below to get access to your account:

  • First, check your spam or junk folders.

  • It may be that we don’t have an up-to-date email address for you or there was an error entering the one you gave us into the system.

  • In any case if you don’t get a reset password link please contact us using the instructions below.

Contact us at membership@saab-club.co.uk and we’ll help you out.  Full contact details including our address and telephone number can be found by following the Contact menu on the Home page.

How do I update my personal details (address, car info, etc.)?

Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to update your personal information directly through your Account section. If anything’s missing or you spot an error, just drop us an email and we can correct it.

  • Go to saab-club.co.uk/my-account/

  • Log in using your email and password.

  • Click on the relevant sections to update your name, address, contact details, or vehicle information.

  • Don’t forget to save your changes.

If anything’s missing, looks incorrect, or you’d prefer us to update something for you, just drop us a line at membership@saab-club.co.uk.

How do I access member-only content?

Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to access exclusive content — all available only to active members.

Here’s how to find it:

  1. Click the user icon in the website’s top navigation bar.

  2. Select Members Area from the dropdown.

  3. From there, you’ll see links to member-only pages.

If you’re having trouble accessing these pages, make sure your membership is active — or get in touch at membership@saab-club.co.uk and we’ll help.
