The Peaks and Dales Leisure Drive is a regular members event hosted by Richard Elliott. It takes the form of a drive around the delights of Yorkshire and Derbyshire with various pit stops and visits along the way.

The Peaks and Dales will start as usual from Windy Harbour. This will be a special event as it will be the 20th anniversary of the drive and also, sadly, the last one.
Mike Doughty (the route organiser) is in the process of finding some special venues for us to visit along the way. More details will be in the next edition of ‘Driver’.

14 Ebor Saab members set off on Friday 10 May to make their separate ways to the assembly point at Gretna Green for what was billed as a Scottish Mystery Weekend, the mystery being only the organisers knew the itinerary. The mystery began to unfold on Saturday morning with a drive along gloriously empty roads under blue skies up into rural Scotland to visit the Kagyu Samye Ling Tibetan Temple at Eskdalemuir (nobody expected a visit the foothills of the Himalayas).
